I purchased a NAXA NDS-1203 Bluetooth speaker about 2 years ago.The battery Is now Completely Dead.And they wont let me buy another battery
All I'm asking for is to purchase another battery.I dont want to have to throw my speaker out.

we are not allowed to sell to the public.
Aside from that, unfortunately this model is already discontinued and we no longer have parts for it. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

purchased tv, didn't use right away, remote didn't work, returned as instructed, no reply, called them, will replace if I pay shipping,don't think so
when contacted they were short perhaps rude, but, I returned remote with copy of receipt and return label as instructed,,,there was no mention of paying the shipping both ways,,,heard nothing for 1 1/2 months so called,,,young man seemed determined to help, when he called back they had found it and would replace it if I payed shipping, which i'm guessing is more than the cost of the remote and i'm afraid its on account of they are not wanting to send it to Canada

Naxa's Limited Warranty states that it only covers US destinations in the lower 48 states only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all non-US destinations, please contact Naxa Customer Service.

should have big bold letters on outside of box,,,if you're not from lower 48 ' DON'T BUY OUR PRODUCT'

Had a TV less than 12 months old the company would not repair or replace.
I purchased a 12 Volt small TV June of 18 called spoke to return dept. advised did not have receipt they said that is fine. I paid to ship TV to them. Received letter requesting shipping payment back and receipt sent letter regarding receipt and check for shipping. Got TV back not repaired.

Desired Outcome

Either repair or replace all future shipping cost is on the company.

Yes, the TV was received and processed for repair and tested before sending it back to ***. The TV was shipped back to *** on December 4, 2018, over two months ago. If he is still having a problem with the TV, he could have contacted us and we would have provided a prepaid Shipping label for us to inspect the TV once again and proceed to repairing if needed. Please have Mr. explain why he's claiming the TV was not repaired? as stated above TV was tested before sending it back. Please have *** contact our customer service at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and request a prepaid shipping label and we will be more than happy to provide one and have the TV processed for repair.

Received product as gift. It was missing parts. Company unwilling to send missing parts.
Parents received a Naxa Sound Bar (NHS 2012) as a gift with no gift receipt. Product was intact and has not been opened.

Upon opening the product, the AC adapter that should have come with the product was missing. Unable to use product.

Parents contacted Technical Support. They were informed to go back to the seller to return item even after it was explained that it was a gift with no receipt. Representative stated that they would not provide adapter despite it missing from their original packaging. Representative also stated that the adapter can be purchased through Amazon.

There is obviously an issue with their quality control checks of their packaging and the company is unwilling to take responsibility for it.

Desired Outcome

The company should be willing to work with their customers and take responsibility for mistakes made in their warehouse/factory. I am expecting them to send the aforementioned missing part.

There is no record of it because the representative was not even willing to do anything about the missing part. I am satisfied as long as the part missing will be sent to me.

Custom Sims failed in multiple instances to finish and deliver the complete project. In November 2016, *** contacted the company and ordered a Cessna 172 G1000 complete flight simulator. On November 10, 2016, *** paid the initial $*** payment for the G1000 flight simulator. On January 22, 2016, *** paid $*** for a dual yoke/pedals, center panel, two seats. On April 8, 2016, *** paid via PayPal $*** for a Sim Fuselage, and on May 5, 2017 paid $885.24 as a final payoff for the Simulator. Totaling $***, the amount paid was to include paid upgrades including, but not limited to, custom color scheme, dual command, center pedestal, two seats, the most recent version of all softwares installed, FAA certification, and three 55 inch TVs with pedestals. The simulator was to be delivered by May 2017, but due to problems with the upgrades, accidents at work, inability to dedicate time to finalize work due to other projects, traveling, and miscommunications, the delivery was delayed until November 2017. The following delivery date promised was April 30, 2018, however, a delivery was not made. A demand letter from a law office was sent to the company and it was agreed that the full simulator was supposed to be delivered on May 15th 2018, or a full refund was expected. *** has yet to receive the full simulator. In order not to refund ***, the company delivered a very incomplete product with major missing parts deemed the product useless for its purpose. A full refund was requested to be issued on November 12th. The company contacted *** stating having no available funds to issue a refund. *** is filling a small claims court claim against the company.

I purchase a TV that does not operate by battery. As per Naxa I returned the tv and paid 60.00. and it was return to me the same way !
I made this purchase over 8 months ago, I PURCHASE IT so when we have outage which happens regular in North Carolina I would be able to watch tv. I did not open the box til we had an outage,which was eight mouths after purchase. I charged the battery over night. and it would not stand up for only 5 minutes. I contacted Naxa and was told that it was still under warranty. but I would have to pay for shipping to them and return shipping which cost me $60.00. I never received call from anyone . three weeks later I received the TV back in the same condition. I called them and informed them that I still had the same issue , and was told by *** , and *** they would have to contact corp, and get back to me. I called again on 10/19,10/22. and was told they did not find anything wrong when they tested it. I would not spend sixty dollars to return a tv I only paid $149.00 for.

The unit was received and processed for warranty. We did inform Ms. that no problem was found with the unit. We also informed her that we will send her a UPS Call Tag Label for her to be able to send the unit back at our cost. The unit will be processed and if it is determined there is no problem with the unit, she will be responsible for S&H of the unit back to her. If there's a problem with the unit, it will be processed according to our Warranty Policy and returned to her free of charge.

I will Contact Naxa again ! , but as I said before the problem is the battery it does not stand up for five minutes after unplugging.

NAXA failed to respond to my multiple inquiries.
I want to use Universal remote for NAXA 1556 TV. On numerous occasions, I asked NAXA to provide code(s) to configure universal remote. My multiple submissions of Support Forms through their web site http://www.naxa.com/contacts left unanswered. No response from NAXA.

Naxa produce a poorly design remote controls for their TV's, do not stand behind their products, Customer Support is poorly trained, not cooperative and not responsive, do not reply to multiple emails and forms submitted through their web site, you need to spent hours holding the line to speak to a customer service representative.

Desired Outcome

Ship me a new remote for NAXA 1556 TV or email me the Pronto Hex Codes, which I would be able to use in Universal Controls from Logitech. Logitech kindly offered their help, but they need the Pronto Hex Codes from OEM manufacturer.

Bought a Naxa NTD2255 22in. LED TV that lasted for 40 days, and is now dead.

I phoned Naxa a couple of times and had the phone put down in my ear a couple of times.
I then tried to contact them via their FaceBook page with no reply.
According to them I have to pay for the Shipping costs to ship their 40 day old non working product back to them for repairs under warranty.
I live in Eastern Canada, they are in LA, shipping costs is approx $100, how am I protected against this kind of stealing?
I had a local Electronic repair business look at the product to see if it can be repaired and they were shocked at the absolute poor building quality of the product as well as the assembly thereof.
How do these people get away with this?

I do not want anymore of their products, so the only recourse left is a total refund.

So Walmart uses a third party "Unbeatable Sales: to fill the order, they say that it is not their problem, and you the manufacturer of this unit say it is not your problem, so I the person that paid for this is left with no recourse and you get to keep my money for the inferior crap you sell.
As for your warranty, again as previously mentioned in my complaint against you, I had a local electronics repair firm look at the TV to see if it is repairable.
They were so shocked at the inferior quality of the product that they declared it irreparable.
So I instructed the firm to dispose of the TV as it is useless.
Since I have filed this complaint against you I have also spoken with the owner of an on line store that sells your products and they are equally disgusted by your products.
They sell your stuff and when items gets returned they also cannot get a hold of you.
You simply do not reply to any form of communication, and when you do it is the same robotic response I received from you via Revdex.com.
I do not accept your poor performance levels nor your products.
I am self employed, if I ran my company the way you do yours I would be out of business within a season. But then that is the way you operate is is not?, this company will be allowed to sink and you will just start another one under a different name with all the money you stole from hard working honest people.
You have no ethics nor morals and your behavior is unacceptable.
Your glossy FaceBook page with all the promises on it is all lies and deceit, you have no honour in the manner of your conduct.
On line shopping is becoming a total nightmare as it is based on trust between consumer and retail.
You want to sell your products via a third party and when your product does not function as advertised the blame game starts and the consumer has to spend hours on the phone, email, "client service", to elicit a response from you. This is highly dishonest behaviour and it smacks of arrogance and total disregard for the consumer..
It is also outright theft as I have said before.
You are part of a disgusting species of the human race that is a parasite on our society, it is all about the money, how you make it is inconsequential, if it hurts hard working honest people you do not care, as long as you can hide behind your lack of communication, which incidentally also smacks of cowardice, you exploit poor, near illiterate people to work in your "client service" and the "training" they receive is to repeat your warranty policy over and over.
I could possible accept your warranty offer if your company had a better reputation and your products of better quality, but this is not the case is it?
In the research I did (yes, this is what the consumer is forced to do now because of companies like yours, we spend hours researching you before committing to buy your product) the response was mixed so I took the gamble as a 12 volt TV is difficult to find.
Boy did I pick the wrong product!!!!
I will continue to tell as many as I can not to purchase Naxa electronics but I know this is probable to no avail, as I said above this will just be re branded as something else, maybe Artica, which incidentally also was delivered dead on arrival. Fortunately I bought that via Amazon and seem to be better protected with their return policy.
Just give me my money back and go away, dealing with you makes me feel dirty and disgusting.

order placed fully paid on Sep 17th 2015 to Customsims.
10 months later with fake delivery times order was canceled. Money hasn't been reimbursed.
order *** placed September 17th 2015 paid in full with AMEX card $***.97
5 week delivery time promised. After 10 months of emails justifying delayed and fake delivery dates on emails, on June 13th 2016 I decided to cancel the order.
keep communication with them and keep saying is going to reimburse my money. until Today Feb 5th 2018 no money has been returned and company moved to California. I'm afraid this is a scam and this company is actually stealing from me.
