Your 14-day free trial expired on May 2nd and you were subsequently billed for a 12-month subscription. Premium Subscriptions can be canceled at anytime risk-free during the trial by contacting us.

We have gone ahead and downgraded your account to the basic/free level and initiated a full refund of $144.00 which should appear on your credit card statement in the next few business days.

I would like to caution consumers that the payment disclaimer on the Naymz web site says that you will be charged a $15 monthly fee upon termination of the free trial, however it does not state in clear writing (buried in legal documentation) that they may take out the annual fee in FULL at completion of the free trial. This is what surprised me. It also linked information based on my name and did not sort through the information, matching it to my relevant details.
They did refund the amount in full but 6 days later. They did do a good job with the refund.
