[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond in this space ONLY]This company is a scam They only offer to refund me $charged on 8/20, but refuse the other $charged on 7/ I researched more and looked at various websites that sells their product It only says it's a trial bottle Trial can means it's a small bottle for you to try and that is what I understand While I filled in my my order information, it never told me it's a day trial and it's a subscription program If you scroll all the way down to the webpage and click on the tiny word, "terms and privacy", then it will tell you that It's misleading and deceiving When I received the package, the slip also didn't say anything about days trial or when will it ends Only when I called them about the charges, then they told me it's a subscription I won't accept they only refund me one charge of Also they completely ignore my other $charged on 7/ It's the same gimmick.Please help me Thank you!

Hello, In reviewing orders made by this customer, we see that they were just shipped new replacement bottles as of 8/31/ If the customer would still like to receive a refund, they will be required to return these products for a full refund. Thank you

Hello, Although we feel that this customer had ample time to cancel her subscription between her purchase on 7/and 8/20, we will proceed with a refund As for her question about $92.29, that charge has already been disputed by her bank Therefore, her refund will come from a reimbursement on their end We cannot refund an order already in dispute. Upon reviewing this customer's request and order history. We have decided to grant her a refund of her most recent purchase of $89.98 on 8/20/2017.  Our records show that she did not reach out to our customer service team to cancel her subscription until 8/24/2017.  We cannot issue refunds...

for the transactions that occurred on 7/21/17.  Furthermore, our notes show that she had already filed a dispute for transactions dating a month prior.  We apologize for any inconveniences. Thank you
