First off, I went into the salon to get a spray tan which was ruined by the rain the same night..the owner fixed it the next day for me and I also had a free tan..a week later I had called to see if my younger sister could have my tan and she texted me saying it expired..I had called the owner and told her that she never specifically told me that her tans expire. So I asked if she would answer it and she said yeah but only with a $10 late fee. Considering I just had paid $60 for 2 tans and a spray tan, I figured that she’d just honor it since she didn’t explain her rules correctly and she said no and hung up on me so I went to Facebook and left a review. Which then she then started calling me names..I’m a stage 4 cancer patient and she started calling me unhappy, miserable, evil, mean, unladylike, scary etc..all because I wrote a negative review!!!!! She then posted my full name on google and on Facebook saying that I was harassing her in which I wasn’t..I even asked her nicely twice, once through a Facebook message and the other on a comment on one of her pictures if she could at least remove my full name from her Facebook statuses in which she ignored. Then everyone giving her a one star on google she accused of it being me and kept calling me ugly and telling me that I need god apparently. She’s extremely unprofessional and I can’t believe she’d even stoop so low as to start calling me names...I was her first bad review she’s had but that still doesn’t give her a right to accuse me of false accusations & call me the names she did! Today, 5/21 she decided to post another status saying that all the 1 stars on google are correlated to me and that they shouldn’t listen to my lies and she mentioned my child in the status as well!!!!! I’m just still in shock, I was going to contact authorities today but I wasn’t sure if it was considered quite harassment or not. I honestly feel like I should get the money back that I gave her business for the way she treated me & just get looked at in the 1st place

On May 2, 2018, *** Rossey came into my Spa with her sister, *** who had been to my Spa 3 times prior to their visit. *** purchased my "Kickstart" package which included a Spray Tan and a UV Stand-Up Tan. In addition, it included a Free "Restart" UV Tan to be used within 5 days. I explained to *** that she would need to be back within 5 days to use the Free Tan. On May 2nd it was raining when they left my salon. I assisted them to their car with umbrellas and also put ***'s 2-year old daughter in her car seat for them to help keep from getting wet as I instructed to stay out of water for at least 6-8 hours. They both were extremely satisfied when they left. The next day Alisa called me to tell me they ruined their tans because they chose to go shopping and out to eat after they left my Spa. She explained they were in and out of stores and THEY had ruined their tans. Being a new, small business and not wanting my clients walking around with uneven tans, I offered both of them a Free touch-up tan. They both came in and I fixed their tans for FREE! Again they were both extremely satisfied and grateful. *** did not return for her Free Stand-Up UV tan and it expired on May 7th, 2018. On May 17th, 10 days after the free tan expired, *** called my Spa and asked if her sister Alisa could have the free tan. I explained that yes I do allow transfers but the tan had expired. She immediately began to criticize me and my business practices and then threatened to blow up my social media. I explained that I did have a "Free Tan Reinstatement" Fee of $5.00 and I would reactivate the tan for Alisa. I also explained the reinstatement was only offered if you came within 3 days of an expired tan, but that I would still do it even though the tan had expired by 10 days. That was not good enough and immediately she began badgering my business Facebook page. She also had her friends, who have never personally been into my Spa, badger my page as well. I immediately called her and told her I would just give the Free tan to Alisa and that it wasn't worth my proud 5.0 star ratings I carried for 5.5 months. She simply said "Nope, too late, you should have offered it it the first place". She then threatened to sabotage my Google business page with 1 star reviews from her and her friends who again have not been in my Spa to rightfully be able to rate/review my business. I proudly had ten 5-star actual client reviews for 5.5 months. She continued daily for 2+ weeks to recruit her friends and make fake profiles to riddle my business page with fake or false 1-star reviews. Within 5 days she was able to take my 5-star rating down to 2.3. She also had a "***" (not a client in my database) post a 1-star review with a 3 paragraph story stating he had gotten "craps" from my Spa. Unfortunately, a small business owner has no recourse for fake or false ratings/reviews other than to play the same vindictive game she did for 2.5 weeks. I have now recovered my ratings to 3.6 with help from my actual customers combating the sabotage. I never called her any names. I did mention her and her actions in response for my business and did tell her she must be a miserable person and that she was a very ugly person for what she was doing. She is apparently battling cancer and I pray she beats it so can learn to enjoy life and spend her time with her beautiful child. I used "miserable" and "ugly" in adjective form not calling her names. Furthermore, I am not issuing a refund because she paid for services rendered and I also gave her a Free "Fix" Spray Tan worth $27.50. I hate to lose any customers but this one I am willing to let go. I should rightfully only have to deal with a 4.9 rating with her sole review/rating for her dissatisfaction. She vindictively and openly told me of her intentions to vindictively take my rating down until I went out of business. I have also found out she has badgered other small businesses for petty resolvable issues. One of the small "non-profit" businesses she did this to is "Pudgies Catering", she had a complaint and turned it into a novel of lies, just like this complaint. She also sports a profile picture on her Facebook page of her in a wig and she is also "flipping off" the world, nice. Apparently, you can "read" her demeanor. Small business owners, BEWARE of ***-Rossey or Pagel aka "Noneya Business". Do NOT let her in your doors, her money isn't worth the headache, heartache and sabotage on your livelihood and business. I honestly don’t even want my money back, I want an apology from this owner! And now she’s judging me because of a review on my Facebook for leaving a review on a business that I had a HORRIBLE experience at my wedding.as for my profile picture, there’s it’s a picture of me with my middle finger up in the air, saying ‘if this picture offends you then I’m sorry but cancer offends me’ she’s taking this WAY too far!
