Do not trust them! Very bad service! A terrible owner, rude, ill-mannered, just like a barking Dog. Pass by or you will be robbed and still you will be guilty. Pass by them!

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, it should not matter to you what is being sent inside the packageIf you take and keep or misplace someone's package you have to have the courtesy to apology and do everything you can to locate it and deliver it to the final destination, for which you wore paid to do so Second of all, I have asked you multiple times by calling you to please locate my package and deliver it, to which you have ignored me multiple times and wore really rudeYou wore not even willing to listen or take your time to figure out, locate my packageIf you are not willing to take your time to locate my package and you decided to keep it for yourself or your employees decided to keep it for themselves or you just lost it (I do not want to assume what the case might be, I just know my package is missing), then you should refund me for it as you are the representative of the company For your knowledge, that package content had high-end brands such as; Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Janie and Jack, Carters, etcIt also had Lego sets, FurReal Friends toy, etcSo overall, even though they wore used, they are expensiveYou can look it up on eBay to be aware of pricesFinally, this is all beside the point; I have not once heard from you that you are sorry or that you have done anything to locate my package (have you done anything?)After this happened to me, I have visited some Russian online blogs and learned that this is not the first time you have done thisSo no, I am not closing this case, you need to be responsible and accountable for your actions, please locate and deliver my package if not refund me my moneyThank you for your time.

Officially we do not have a branch in in the Carolinas and we have no agreements with anyone there. We did not receive payment for the package that is in dispute. The individual that received payment for the package is responsible for it. Nazarene of Help LLC did not receive payment for the package...
