My husband and I having been looking to trade in our car for a truckWe've had experiences with several dealerships over the last month or so but this latest visit to Nazareth Ford takes the cakeFirst of all the internet specialist I spoke to on the phone with the night before said she would have everything ready to go and someone would be expecting me around noon the next day since it would just be my young children and I and kids aren't the easiest to travel withNothing was readyNo one was aware I was comingSecond, the only reason I considered this dealership was because of the radio advertisement that said they'll give 125% of what your trade is worth (confirmed by their internet specialist the night before I went)They offered me less than what other dealerships didBut both of those things I can handleThe reason for this review is because when it came to numbers (other than what my trade was worth to them) the salesman said it would be a waste of time doing the numbers because the main decision maker was not with meMeaning my husbandAnd when can I come back with him? SorryI don't think I'm coming back after that disrespect

Review: I dropped my truck off at Nazareth Ford ( 10-22-2014) Wednesday night so they could work on it Thursday morning. I wanted an inspection and oil change and filter. I bought the truck new back in 2004 from them, I get free inspections there. I was told that I needed a muffler and a plate light for inspection. They quoted me $860.00 for muffler and labor, and $22.00 for a light bulb. He stated that I had a rear differential leak and a P/S line leak. I told them I could get a muffler installed cheaper than that and I would take care of it. I knew I had a differential leak for years, it dripped a drop a week if that. I also have a leak in the front differential case, again very slow leak ( motor oil leak ). I have my truck parked on a hard surface, so I know when there is a leak. This P/S line leak I don't even know what that is, and never had any other leak except the two differential cases. I brought the truck home Thursday evening and parked it in the same spot I always park it. I moved the truck this afternoon to clean leaves up in my yard and there are at least four 4 inch diameter circles of red transmission fluid on my driveway, at least I think it is transmission fluid. Never had this leak until I went to Nazareth Ford. I called and complained, they told me to bring it back. I said no, I would never step foot in their dealership again. I have zero trust in their dealership now. I am positive they screwed with it so I bring it back. They quoted me $ 610.00 for a muffler, I just bought one for $82.00Desired Settlement: Since I don't trust the dealership with my truck, I want them to pay for the repair, but I want to take it to another garage.
