Had an awesome experience at n and b auto! I bought a [redacted] from them recently and had an extremely positive experience start to finish with Jeff the sales representative

To whom it may concern, Once again, I do not understand the complaint We resolved all of her issues, as she has stated Recalls can only be resolved at a Jeep dealer, which we are not She is not banned from the property and her warranty is valid and all of her issues to date have been resolved in a timely fashionThank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The General Manager is just out right rude and disrespectful and I feel my opinion of him should be public in the bbb website. He can make any comments he would like to make. However I know the cars purchased from them were not what they told me they were. And the entire process was horrible dealing with them. Who half the time were to [redacted] to process paperwork. The unprofessional way this place is run is the reason their employee quit. Had my girlfriend not worked there I'd never have purchased or even looked at a car here. They issues with the [redacted] were addressed thanks to the owner [redacted] h [redacted] ***. And I do not feel they should be so highly rated when they do not deserve it while [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I will make sure that NO ONE that knowa about this dealer will deal with Pedro Rivera, Im not satisfied but I leave it in Gods Hand, God Bless and Thanks to the owner for refunding me the check but dissapointed in him for not doing nothing about his co-worker that makes his business look bad!

I am rejecting this response because: both me and my parents were very surprised when they told us that someone must have driven with the emergency brake on because I'm the one that had to turn it off in the parking lot after they pulled the car out for me to take homeThey also ended up saying that the emergency brake cable was kinked and multiple people who work on cars have told me that would be an issue due to themThey also wanted me to pay for them to fix it at firstI was told by multiple other places that if the emergency brake shattering was due to driving with it on, both sides would have shattered and they said I wouldn't be able to drive the car in the first placeWhen I looked at the car the first time it was also horribly scratched and Ante said everything cosmetic would look brand new but when I picked it up to bring it home, only the big scratches were out, all the small ones were still on my car and there are a lotI take great care of this car because it was so costly and all I e had to do is spend more money because problems keep coming upThe bolt to the caliper on the wheel that they fixed fell offThat is a huge safety hazard and I'm beyond angry it happenedI think they saw a young girl and tookImports advantage of the situation

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by the non licensed mechanic there that I was not allowed on property. When I called the owner, my issue was resolved with one vehicle, however there are issues with the other one. This company and the General Manager [redacted] [redacted] and does not deserve to be accredited by the Revdex.com

To Whom it May Concern, I am writing this in response to a complaint posted against us by [redacted].  [redacted] purchased this vehicle AS-IS and we have all the signed documents showing that she was made aware of this.  She called and stated she had an issue with her breaks,...

which were brand new(we have the receipts in her file).  The car was brought here and we did an inspection, free of charge for her.  After inspection, it was clear someone had either driven with the emergency break on or did a power break(in attempts to do a "burn out" or "smoke the tires".  When this was brought to her and her parents attention, it was clear none of them were surprised by the idea of that being the cause of the issue.  We repaired the vehicle, free of charge and simply made her aware, we would no longer cover the issues caused by misuse of the vehicle.     She was offered and declined an extended warranty as this vehicle is deemed AS-IS by the State of Connecticut.   If there is anything else I can do to assist you or the customer, I am more than happy to assist.   Thank you for your consideration,  Jeff D[redacted]NB Auto Sales###-###-####

Review: So I met with Pedro R[redacted] GM of a dealer in [redacted] around the beggining of july, not sure the exsact date. I told him personally that I wanted to purchase another car because my car that I have at the momment is giving me alot of troulble and I put over 2500 in to the car which I only had for about 1 1/2yr. I know Pedro personally, we been childhood friends for many years. He had me go out to the dealer and fill out an application which I did. If im not mistaken about a day or two, he contacted me telling me that I was approved for a 2009 [redacted] Copue that I was intrested in. Pedro gave me the information and told me that it will be 2,500 down, I try tradding my car in and also give him money, but he wasnt agreeing with it. So I told him I would take out a loan from my 41k and see how much I can put down. I was in need of a new car because my car now is really not relliable. Anyhow, I ask for the loan which I got apporoved 1,307.00. I told him this and He told me NOT TO WORRY about the rest that he will put the rest and I can pay him little my little. My 41k customer service personal told me that I will get the check withing 3 bussines day and the date that I asked for the loan was around 7/7/15 or 7/8/2015. I got the check about 3-4 days after. I called Pedro the next day that I got the check and he Personally came to my Job at [redacted] In [redacted] and got the check himselg, so im thinking the date was around 7/11/2015, not really sure. Any how he came took the check, and told me to give him about a week to get the Car ready and get it registerd. I waited about a week and 2 days, so im assumming the dates was already 7/16/2015. Called him, he been telling me that the car needs to be painted, and he needs to register which he couldnt do because it was on a friday. So I waited another few days and nothing! Hes been giving me the run around about getting this car done, and I need to go back and fill out more paperwork, etc. I told him that im not filling nothing out without test driving this car. He said to trust him that the car is a great car. I trust him because hes a family childhood friend. So basically this is whats going on. I been going back and forth with Pedro R[redacted] since the beggining of this month. About 3 weeks now and I still dont have a car which I already gave him 1,307.00. I got really upset the last few days and told him to forget it and I wanted my money back. Is been a week since I told him to forget it, I dont want to do any business with him and I need my money back, which he agree to give me. I been texting and calling him and hes been giving me a million excuses about not beein at work, having court, how his boss doesnt need my money. I got all the text messages. I tracked the check and it was deposit into a [redacted] account of the dealer. Here we are at the end of the month and I dont have my vehicle. Im emotionally stress and cant fuction at work! He went on a mini vacation on monday 7/27/2015, said he will have my money on that day, text me yesterday 7/28/2015 telling me that he will have my money on friday, that HIS BOSS told him taht he will give it to be on friday which it will be on 7/31/2015.. Basically I feel betrayed, I feel robbed and disrespected, not at ALL good costumer or bussines sales and I want to file a complaint. I can explain more but im so stress out, emotionally and physically that I can hardly type or concetrate. Thanks for reading this, sorry if is messy I just cant function well. ThanksDesired Settlement: I need my money back and I dont want this EVER happening to NO ONE else, they need to be aware how He has affected me in the last month mentally and physically. Emotionaly drained!!!! I need justice to be serve and they not pulling this ever again!!!! What about if I really didnt have a car then what, I wouldve lost my job! Something need to be done and not only them giving me my money back but theres need to be legal action taking care of this issue
