I purchased a [redacted] for $3,with 93,miles on it from N&B Car Sales, Incon 3/1/The vehicle did not pass state inspection because of the check engine light which was for emissions and I brought the vehicle back and forth different times to be fixed where I purchased it, each time the sales person claimed the car would pass inspection but it still doesn't pass inspection as of 3/13/and the sales person is refusing a refund of my purchase that I made in cashThe sales person tells me to keep driving the car and it will eventually clear out the check engine code in the car's computer and pass state inspection for emissions, the car now has over 94,miles on it and still not passing emissions inspection
