My son John ordered a jersey on March 23, 2020 for $jjjj29.95. I've tried contacted the company multiple times about when order will ship with NO RESPONSE
This order was made March 23, 2020 for $29.95 payment made by Master Card, order # 1263. We have tried to contact this place a total of 5 times, we have not received a response back at all regarding this. We now try to go to the website that the confirmation email sent us and that website is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. The website has been taken down. My son John ordered this for himself for his 17th birthday.
I have sent an email to ***@nbajerseys.shop to request a refund, and have not again received a response back. The last email address we have for this company is ***@gmail.com.
It looks like this company may have been a scam, however I would really like for my son to get his $29.95 back from the order that was NEVER received.
All we want is a refund of the $29.95 that was paid to this company and the product was not received after 2 months
An online purchase was made, nothing was ever shipped. Unable to contact the contact that sold it.
My 15-year old son, Mateo, on his birthday bought THREE NBA jerseys from https://www.nbajerseys.store with his birthday money. The total was $117.45 CAD or $85.36 USD and paid through PayPal.
Understanding of Covid-19 and the delays it has caused, we were optimistically cautious about them arriving. We have heard NOTHING from them, the website no longer exists and my son is devastated. He used all of his money to get these jerseys and ended up with nothing. I am unable to contact the company as you cannot even get to the website. I received a text message after the purchase, thanking Mateo for his purchase, the number is Canadian, XXX-XXX-XXXX.
What can be done about this? My son ordered from a website his friends were all ordering from. As a parent I should have been more diligent, but there has to be something that can be done to prevent this from other families being left without anything. Especially at a time like this.
As a single Mom, during the most uncertain time in most of our lives, I simply would like to have my son's money returned. At least then he could order directly from a store in the nearby mall, with some guarantee of receiving a product for his birthday money.
My sons purchased 2 jerseys from this company on 1-18-20. We have not received them and the phone number on their site does not work.
2 jerseys were purchased on 1-18-20. It is now 3-02 and there has been no update or notification regarding the order. I attempted to call the number on the site but it is inactive. At this point I feel like we have been scammed.
I would either like the jerseys that were ordered be delivered or a full refund. Pretty simple.
Order a jersey for nephew on 1/26/2020 got a text telling me that they got the order and that a text would come when it was shipped. I waited the 10 business days that they requested on the website due to "high volume" and emailed with no answer. I then waited then email 2 additional time with no response. I tried calling the 1-800 number on the website and it is no longer working. My credit card was charge almost immediately after the purchase but I have not received a jersey or any communications stating that it has been shipped or that they have received by emails.
Other (requires explanation) I want the jersey if that is not possible then a full refund of my purchase in a timely manner.
