As we stated in our last response we are saddened by the outcome of this project as we help and satisfy hundreds of customers every month We have credited back the full 100% deposit to Russ in which the check was cashed and has had cleared our account on May 8th I had a conversation this week with the Pewaukee based business man “***” who he referenced and the statements made by *** are very inaccurate At no time during our conversation did *** express to me anything regarding what *** has statedHe simply called to find out what was going on with the projectThe facts are we agreed to in writing refund *** his deposit prior to that call even taking placeWe wish Deck Aid Pro all the best and hopefully this will put a close to this matterPlease reach out to me directly with any further questions you may have Thanks, *** [redacted]

Mr*** and the EMarketing4Business response (we have learned this is their corporate moniker) is so far from accurate (like the work they did for us) that it shows a talent for story telling but nothing that would
hold up in courtThe ONLY thing we approved throughout this process was a
conceptual template of the websiteWe have not seen the corrections of the
long list of Beyond Custom Website’s errors starting with the email they sent
us that they had put a link to our Facebook page on every page of this website
Problem is…..we were STILL waiting for that link to show on ANY page of the
website they said was FINISHED!!!!! Pics were still wrong, captions are wrong
and on and on………we have copies of each page to prove this
Bottom line is this, Beyond Custom Websites failed to
perform so badly that the Pewaukee, WI businessman that recommended them to us (after
reviewing the “finished” website) offered to call them to express his opinion
of Custom Website’s workThat businessman expressed to MR*** how his own Pewaukee
business’s reputation was at risk from the shoddy work and poor customer
service displayed by Beyond Custom WebsiteONLY then did Mr*** offer to do
the right thing and refund our depositWe are hoping the check clears the
bankEven if it does, it does not undo the damage to our business caused by the failure of Beyond Custom Website and EMarketing4Business

At no time during our conversation did [redacted] express to me anything regarding what [redacted] has stated. He simply called to find out what was going 
on with the project. The facts are we agreed to in writing refund [redacted] his deposit prior to that call even taking place. We wish Deck Aid Pro all the
