[redacted]I had one of my employees go to your house at 11 am on friday July first.   He removed the tube in your back yard and placed it at the house next door.  He also brought a shop vaccuum which he used to vaccum up the grass.  He knocked on your door to possibly use an outlet to power up the vaccuum. He was able to use power from a neighbor two doors down.  I have called you a couple times to follow up but since you do not have an answering machine I have not been able to leave a message.  I am more than willing to meet you at your property to walk your grass to ensure we can have this situation resolved. We did receive a complaint from the next door about gravel in his yard.  I sent one of my employees the next day with a rake and a shovel to rake up any debris that was left behind.  We did not use a shop vacuum to vacuum the stones from the neighbors grass.  I will send another...

employee out there this week with a shop vacuum and remove any other further debris that may have been missed.  The giant tube is from the fencing company installing the fence.  We will also remove that from the yard.  If you need a further assistance please contact me directly on my cell phone at 708 [redacted].  thank you [redacted]
