I am rejecting this response because:I didn't and no intention to take any advantages on the so called clerical errorYou can refer to the attachment which clearly shows they accepted the price at $13,for the first ten cables for the model (III S or 3S)I'd further communications with them thru Audiogon on additional cables that I would like to purchase from them, including cables which are in lower end model (Statement 3) and they accepted at $17,800.00.However after I made the wire transfer to their designated account in Wells Fargo, I got the email from Mr [redacted] that I need to compromise for the price at $17,for just eight cables onlyObviously they did take advantages on me upon received the money that thru wire transfer instead of PayPalIf they are really a business with integrity, they should just simply replied they made mistakes on their quotes and full refund back to me instead of offering the price which is much higher than the original price with much less quantity of cables.Besides that they sent me email to accept their so called offer and threatening me to bring along the legal representative to sue them which will be much more costlySince I filed this dispute to Audiogon (the website which I channel them to buy these cables) for assistanceUpon they suspended the Kastlecable account in Audiogon which they use to conduct business and sell cables there, and negotiated with the final of cables with the amount that I paid as a kind of compromiseAnd these cables have arrived my place.USA is a country with strong protection with their customers, I've purchased a lot in the past from the States and this is the WORST that I experiencedIf they keep on saying I'm taking advantages over them without admitting their fault and apology to me, I would revert the compromise before and have them to send the remaining cables to me as well
