[redacted] owner of NBS Excavating had given me a bid to remove some concrete pads from a private residence. He had committed to be at the house and excavate and remove extra cement. Upon my return to Colorado Springs, I found nothing to have been completed. [redacted], never called to inform me that he was not going to complete the job. When I asked to have him reschedule he simply told me he was not going to do the job. My complaint is that NBS Excavating is unprofessional and an unreliable company.
