NBZ Auto Sales

The car first was sold as as.she kept having people call me with threats and racial comments and what not .we fixed the car but it needed additional part that she ordered but it was wrong and she left the car here for over year seating after she was told the part is wrong I had to finally get her
to pick up the car after year by telling her that the car was being towed away and we also do not appreciate getting threats with racial comments every afew days and there for we have decided to not to do business with her any more

I am rejecting this response because:  I have all messages saved between me and this business, we never used racial slurs towards them and he promised to fix my car and never did claiming the part was wrong but we just put it on the car and it was correct! The car still is not drivable and he said me letting him know I would file a complaint was a threat, we never threatened him, used ANY racial slurs ... He on the other hand would tell me "too bad, lol" when I told him I have a baby and needed a way to get to work the car was in good running condition but we later found out it had many broken part that would make it prone to break down despite him saying he had mechanics check it first, he still has yet to transfer the title for this car that has to go to the junk yard after spending 3800 on it and tax title license plus and additional of 3000 on repairs and towing. This is not resolved as he has been lying and I have all proof he is. As I have saved every single text.
