NC Auto Sales

On February 7, 2014 I [redacted] purchased a vechile ([redacted])from nc auto sales. On this day I put down 1000. I drove of the lot with 30 day tags on February 9, 2014 and with all sign documentation. On February 23, 2014 my car was repo by dealership unfairly. I was told that the deal didn't go through for the lack of income. Atthe of purchase I was working two jobs [redacted]. On February 18, 2014 I lost employment at [redacted]. My first payment was not due til March 9,2014. I was not opportunity to make first payment. Now I am out money and car. Nc auto sales isn't willing to give me back my down payment cause they policy say down payment nonrefundable .Product_Or_Service: [redacted]Order_Number: vin-[redacted]Desired SettlementI want nc auto sales to refund me back my down payment of $1000. They know the car was purchased. I didn't give them my money then turn around and say didn't want the vehicle.
