I received my very expensive sofa from them about two months ago, legs were missing from parts of sofaThe two delivery men took responsibility for the missing parts and told me I would get the legs fixed by them within a weekI saved my invoice number for future purposesWeeks went by and no callsI called several times and I was told that the legs had been ordered and that they would return my callNot once have I received a phone call from themThey would ignore my callsI had to use a different number to call them in order for them to answerI called them again and againToday they claimed it is not their responsibilityThe lady screamed at me and hung up on meI called again, once she realized it was me again, told me to not call again and hung up again
