As part of a marketing program, the complainant met certain criteria as a potential new customer and we extended an offer of credit to them in the form of... a pre-approved offer. The offer stated the they are contingently qualified to receive a loan through NetCredit. At this time, with the information listed on the complaint, our records do not indicate that complainant has opened an account with NetCredit. Nonetheless, we have honored the request to be excluded from subsequent pre-screened mailings. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the mailings to stop, as they may have been included in a mailing campaign already in-flight. If the complainant would like to stop receiving pre-screened offers of credit from us and other companies, we recommend that they call the toll free number listed on the offer letter or visit www. I am rejecting this response because: According to the FRCA concerning consumer rights in fraudulent activity, you are required to send me my handwritten and/or electronic signa**re as requested on a legal contractA clickable dot or check mark is not suffice and will not be able to prove validation of any claims that I have opened an account with your companyIf you cannot provide proof of this, it must be deletedFurthermore, a police report and affidavit was presented after finding out that my credit was compromised in and I was denied credit and the ability to purchase a homeWhether this account was opened in or it doesn't matter, the fact of the matter is that someone has taken on my whole identity in a 3-year period (to include making payments to several accounts and then dropping the ball suddenly) and I am demanding a legal contract with MY ac**al signa**re on file so that I may catch whoever is doing thisPlease don't be one of the companies that my lawyer will have to include in this pending lawsuit for failure to complyIf you think you are covered by the E-Sign act in cases of fraudulent activity where you ac**ally have to 100% prove validation of ownership of an account by providing a check mark or dot as proof- you're wrongI've sent everything you need and you have sent nothing I requestedThis is my final goodwill effort to get what was requested, and that is my ac**al signa**re on file with your companyI will standby for that document

I am rejecting this response because:I have read the letter from Net Credit and the complaint will not be resolved until Net Credit takes the ethical action of writing a letter to *** Credit Bureau removing the faulty late paymentThere was NOT a late payment. Net Credit has a history of repeated incidents of miscommunication, misunderstanding, along with being offered to have a payment be rescheduled or pushed back to the end of the loan by representatives when I've called in advance expressing health concerns I have been expressed by the representatives that it would NOT be considered late even if past days as long as a rescheduling has been madeOn several occasions now, second as of this year February 2016, I have found out that the initial representative(s) who offered this - the rescheduling was later not found in their computer system by other representativesResponse being, "It just happened" and "mistakes happen"This is the 5th time I had to call and make sure they were doing their job and this is what happened with the "late payment" where the rescheduling wasn't placed in the computer systemAlong with that, as of December 2015, I called to reschedule a payment due to health issuesThe representative confirmed with me and instead the WRONG amount of money on the WRONG day was withdrawn from my account*** had to open up a fraud against them. Again, Net Credit, accept that your employees are not doing their job properly and a customer should not take the brunt end of itThis is not ethically right and the stress of this has taken a great toll on my healthPlease resolve the matter and remove your faulty reporting off my credit.

agreement stating he understood and agreed to the terms and conditions associated with the installment loanNetCredit has complied with all requirements of the Truth in Lending Act and other applicable state and federal laws
NetCredit provides personal installment loans for a myriad of customersThe interest rates for these loans can vary depending on factors such as the borrower's credit worthiness and the size and duration of the loan requested***.com may have provided Mr*** with a generalized starting APR% of 35% for excellent tiered customers, however only a completed application with NetCredit can provide a borrower with the specific interest rate that they are eligible for
After completing a profile with NetCredit and prior to signing the agreement, NetCredit provided Mr*** with the total cost of the loan as well as the APR percentageThe total cost of the loan and APR was also contained in his loan contract along with a detailed view of the amounts and due dates of paymentsNetCredit has not changed the terms of the agreementMr*** may view his loan contract on NetCredit's website
On July 3, 2015, Mr*** contacted NetCredit to complete an early payoff of his loan balanceMr*** successfully made a credit card payment to satisfy his remaining balance owed
Mr*** has contacted NetCredit in regards to the accuracy of the credit reportingMr*** indicated that the last date of account reported was May 26, If the date of account information Mr*** is viewing reflects May, 26, 2015, as indicated, then the report that he is viewing would not reflect that the loan is paid in full
Contrary to Mr***'s assertions NetCredit reports the account activity of our customers on a monthly basisOur records indicate that NetCredit appropriately reported that the loan was paid in full as of July 3, in our July upload to ***Please be advised however that NetCredit has no control as to when the information submitted to *** is furnished to the customer by the credit reporting agency
NetCredit has furnished account information to *** but does not unilaterally control when *** will publish that information to a consumer's credit report
We apologize for any inconvenience Mr*** may have experienced; however NetCredit has not only appropriately advised Mr*** on the total cost of the loan throughout the loan process but has reported accurate account information as to Mr***'s account history

I am rejecting this response because:The business has taken advantage of my situation as a consumer at the time the loan was issued to me After making several payments on a 248.34% payday loan, I was advise by a consumer protection attorney and the Virginia State Attorney General that the business is not an authorized payday lender in the state of virginia Even with the advise of the consumer protection attorney, I made a good faith effort to pay this loan more than what I owed to remove the negative tradeline they have reported in the credit reporting agencies immediately While on the phone with the business, they have verbally agreed to correct the reporting upon receipt of my full payment of $on October To this date, the business has not made an attempt to correct these reporting If they claim that what they reported is accurate, please send me a copy of what they have sent to the credit bureaus immediately
