NC Granite & Tile

Complaint[redacted] with Nc Granite and tile installed tile that was installed improperly. Not enough grout which caused loose Cracked tile.never returned to fixNC Granite and tile installed tile in our kitchen, mud room, and bathroom in January 2013. We noticed that the tile was loose a few months later and called. [redacted] came by and said that indeed the tile was loose because not enough granite was used. He said he couldn't fix he defections now but would come by at a latR time to fix. We never heard anything again from him so goT in Touch with him again in September 2014 and once again he came by. He said he would fix tiles. I called him and said tile was more than just a few that. Needed fixing and he may have to do everything over if [redacted] did not still Carr that style of tile. He said No he would not do that. At This point I was just ready for him to fix the cracked ones and sent many text messages to him. He is now ignoring my texts and phone calls. [redacted]s's phone number is (919) [redacted]. Desired SettlementI want them to fix the tiles the way they should be. The bathroom is fine because the worker who did the bathroom was different from the worker who did the kitchen. I want every tile replaced that was installed incorrectly and if [redacted] does not have the same tile, then I need everything done agin, to match!
