The problem with this company is that the owner thinks YOU work for HIM and he is not a good boss.

I paid for custom revolver grips from this company online. What was shipped to me was 2 mismatched subpar grips that did not fit my weapon. I called and asked for a refund and return label. The person who attended the call said to write a letter requesting that in the return and they would honor it. I sent it back with the letter, and they issued me a partial refund without any of my shipping returned to me. I called again and asked what had happened with my refund. The owner was extremely rude, he told me "well it fits my revolver so I have cancelled your order and you get what your money back" I asked what about my shipping for the faulty product. and he said not gonna happen. Order placed on 4 27 2014 and a return e-mail verifying the order received. Multiple attempts to contact after 21 days of non delivery. No responseI ordered a shotgun butt plate from this company on 4 27 2014. I received a thank you for your order e-mail and then a confirmation of order e-mail. It is 16 May and I have not received my order. I have tried to contact by phone and e-mail and have not received any response. Mr. [redacted] just will not respond to any inquiry to order status. His phone message says he is open till 5pm EST,but he never answers the phone. If you do catch him and get him on the phone he is rude and abusive to you.
