Review: We are a local Houston-based restaurant business,one year ago, we bought a POS computer system from [redacted], located at [redacted], phone number ###-###-####.

At the time of purchase, we were never told that there is a maintenance required after one year. Now the problem with our business POS computer system is that the ticket number were out of order. The ticket number does not start at number 1, it begins at a random number.

Today I called the number popped up on the screen ###-###-#### ([redacted]) , and told them regarding the ticket order issue. They asked us to pay for the maintenance fee, which we feel we were taken advantages of because we were never told about it.

If we don't pay the fee, I don't believe they will fix the bug issue.

We purchased the POS system at Texas, but the miantenence office is at Brooklyn New York. We believe they just take advantage of their customers because most of their customers don't know English language and don't know about the PC systems.

Thus, customers were forced to pay for fees.Desired Settlement: Just have them fix the ticket order problem, they could do it remotely on a computer. And notify them they need the permission to perform the job. and just do what they are suppose to do, don't intrude other's privacy.
