My name is Jose M***, and I am the Store Manager at Albuquerque Metal DepotsDarwin (My Sales Rep.) approached me yesterday on potential issue over incorrect panel lengths for Mr [redacted] Like any other claim, we backtrack to figure out where error was committed, and verify against on-hand qty to make sure all is in lineI had Darwin relay that we apologized, and could make things right and to please feel free and bring these back at his convenienceAt this point, from what I am told; Mr [redacted] became upset, and expressed he had paid an outside carrier to take material due to inability to haul himself, and needed us to drop the off panelsDarwin expressed that we did not have the ability to deliver, but would look into possible resolution if could give him a little timeWe 100% have been trying to coordinate a delivery to make things right for Mr [redacted] , even through a threat of legal action; but have asked for some time to see what we could do to make things rightI understand Mr [redacted] frustration, as he should have been loaded with correct material from day one; and for that I truly apologizeDarwin called Mr [redacted] with a resolution, as we had just received approval from upper management to write a check to outside carrier and make things right (approval is needed being a publicly owned company for outside expenses)Everything seemed good and then we were informed of complaintAt this point Darwin made contact with Mr [redacted] and asked about complaint, and re-iterated that he thought they had made a verbal agreement about giving him some time to see what he could do to resolve issueDarwin spoke to me, and we asked Mr [redacted] to rescind complaint as it was only right, since delivery had been coordinated already for tomorrow and were waiting for delivery time from driverMr [redacted] thanked Darwin for taking care of issue, and agreed to remove complaint prior to delivery being made
