We received a message from [redacted] *** on June 26th, detailing what happened during the process of making her ring After review of her message and pertinent details, we replied on June 28th with a solution The respond to her message dated June 26th is attached to this complaint [redacted] chose not to respond to our message We stand by our decision stated in the email on June 28th.Thank you,Marva L***Dear [redacted] ***- I’m reaching out in regards to your request for a refund of your deposit on a custom job you’ve been working on with AliciaI’ve reviewed the correspondence you provided and have discussed the matter with AliciaI’m very sorry you’ve reached the point where you don’t want to move forwardUnfortunately I’m not able to offer you a refund based on the amount of work we’ve already done on this design and the fact that you’ve changed some things through the processWe’ve been engaged with you for many months on this project and incurred significant cost on our endWhile I understand the length of time we’ve been working on this may be frustrating I don’t see any real fault on our end regarding time frame other than slight delays in getting back to you for which I apologizeAs a good faith gesture I would be willing to make you an accommodation on whatever you would like to use the store credit on at this pointAlso we are perfectly willing to see this through for you and make sure you have a finished product that you will be satisfied with and enjoy for many years to comePlease let me know your thoughts when you’re ableSincerelyMatthew R
