Overcharge, refusing to refund overpaid bill

On 12/09/2012 I visited [redacted] at the [redacted], Florida, location. At the time of service I paid $50 on my [redacted] as a copayment. A couple months later they put my in collections with NCO Financial for $97 which was paid over 4 payments ($25 on 5/24/13, 4/26/13, & 4/02/13) and the remaining $22 on 6/21/2013. I then received an updated EOB from my insurer that advised that all i'm responsible for this service is $38.71, meaning I was tricked into overpaying by $108.29 .I mailed a letter to both [redacted] and NCO financial in 7/2013 explaining the situation and demanding a refund of my overpaid fees and heard nothing back. In early 8/2013 I received a bill stating that I owe $50 for the service. I called and disputed and the young lady in the customer service team sorted through the mess and agreed that I was owed this money. She said she was escalating the account, and that i'd get a personal callback. It is now 3 weeks later and i've heard nothing from anyone.
