Email transcripts as follows: The original Service Order was sold by a company (Platinum Technologies) that was acquired by NCR LocalThe manner in which the order was sold was not consistent with the NCR Local proceduresWhen we were made aware of the issue, the parts were ordered and upon receipt a technician was dispatched in a ***ely mannerA review was made of all service calls and the logs all show return calls in a ***ely manner or immediately answeredIn addition the contacts were given the ***s private cell phone number if needed for any escalation

Review: I was obligated to buy a new computer tower from them last June. My invoice quoted the new tower as having 3 hard drives and a mirrored raid. My tower only has 2 hard drives and the RAID was incorrectly set up causing me to lose all of my sales data for my restaurant. I've been in contact with 3 different levels of authority and after the first contact, they wont get back to me. I have hired an outside firm to prove my points, that there is only 2 hard drives and the RAID was set up wrong. I paid for a product as well as a service that I didnt receive. I pay a high service fee every month but can't seem to get someone on the phone for answers.Desired Settlement: I want the mirrored Raid set up properly which will require a tech to come to my site. I will also need 3 years of free service for not only losing all of my data but for not providing me what I paid for. If this is unreasonable, my lawyer will be involved and with the facts I have, we are quite certain that we wont have a difficult [redacted]e winning a lawsuit.
