Review: First received a call from a process server at [redacted] regarding a fraud/bad check issue and verifying my address to serve legal papers. After some discussion, it became obvious that they had the wrong person. A [redacted] (caller) suggested I call [redacted] to have them remove my phone number.When I called, I spoke to a [redacted], then a manager by the name of [redacted]. Obviously they deal with a lot of deadbeats being in the collecgtion agency business, but they were accusatory and nasty. When I said I wanted to know why they got my phone number and were harassing me, they became even nastier. I wanted an address to file a complaint and they refused. When I got the PO box provided, they refused to give me an exective name to complain...and suggested I write to "unanimous". When I insisted for an address to file a complaint, they said "good luck with that" and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I'd like this business properly identified so I can pursue further complaint notifications to the proper state agency. They are not listed anywhere, and operate under "National Claims Resolution" or NCR.
