sifgnature comparisonWe do not accept these documents by fax because often they dont print out accuratelyWe have the right to file Hot check charges on behalf of our clients, and while a person who has faxed documents to us may have a confirmation that the fax was received, it doesnt insure the quality of the documentsFor this reason we only accept this form of paperwork via the mail or in person
The employees are not rude, but blunt and to the point. We have spent over two (2) hours on the phone dealing with Ms***
We have yet to receive the paperwork necessary to close her file
*** *** created the proceedure to not accept affidavids by FaxHe would never Have instructed anyone to fax itIn any event we have now received the proper paperwork and the fraud dept is reviewing itIf it is determined that the documents are fraud then they will be removed from her credit reportThis should happen in the next days

To respond to the complaint I currently have against NCS IN Houston, TX, the issue has not been resolvedThe company has days since the time that they received my documentation to close the case and remove the complaint off my credit report and they have not removed it off my credit report at the current timeI sent all the documents by certified maila and the company has signed that they received it, but it is still showing up on my credit historySo the issue has not been resolved yet, eventhough NCS has received the proper documentation by certified mailI am urging NCS to resolve this issue as soon as possible and not harrass me with phone calls and take the complaint off my credit report since I have sent the proper documentsThanks
