Good morning, Mr [redacted] called us on 9/21/at which time sent a technician to his home He asked us to put the Freon he had purchased in his system free of charge He told our technician that we do that for him Our technician informed Mr [redacted] that he is not allowed to do thatIt is a liability issue On 10/5/Mr [redacted] called back that the coil we installed 7/18/was leaking The coil is under a parts warranty The labor is not Our office informed him that any air conditioning company can help him with thatWe told this to Mr [redacted] and he said okayThat was the last we heard from Mr [redacted] Our technicians have been in many home of all sorts around the city, however have refused to go back into Mr [redacted] home stating a health hazard We have worked in Mr [redacted] home back in and had similar issues, however it seemed to have gotten worse and we will not demand our technicians subject themselves to unhealthy spacesWe are really surprised that Mr [redacted] has written to the Revdex.com since back in he was unable to get financed for the work we performed for him and we did an in house financing to help him Something we very rarely do We purchased the parts did the labor and allowed him to pay us over months, caring his debt

In response to the complaint for ID #***, the dispute was over a processing fee We have resolved this issue by removing the administrative processing fee when the customer’s do not use cash or check as form of payments The customer has cleared invoice by paying by check.With any
