Again, the salesperson stated that cancellation at any time was an option. Also, 120 days to process an order is unacceptable when a consumer is given only 3 days to cancel. Salespeople should be informed that misleading a customer will inevitably lead to complaints. Because I have had so many problems communicating with this company, I am not confident that I will be able to change my address when I move in 4 months. I believe this company should revisit not only their sales practices, but their customer service training methods as well.

with Hot Bike Magazine that Ms. [redacted]s order has been processed and will begin with the November 2015 issue, which is scheduled to be delivered well within the delivery timeframe stated on our receipts. Ms. [redacted]s account number with Hot Bike Magazine is [redacted]. Instructions for cancelling an order are located on the back of all of our sales receipts and include all steps necessary to cancel an order. In order to cancel her order, Ms. [redacted] would have needed to mail us the notice of cancellation located on the back of her sales receipt with a post mark date no later than three business days from the date of sale. Since we did not receive Ms. [redacted]s notice of cancellation by mail with the required post mark date, we will be unable to cancel and refund her order at this time.
