I have followed the house ath of this particular debt. I traced it to another company. They believe ncw could have been tge money collect for them. I do have a paid in full receipt now *** ***

complaint which included our review of file notes and interviews with
employees.  As a result of our internal
investigation into the allegations of [redacted] we adamantly deny the allegations
of wrong doing as set forth in this complaint.
 
Due to nature of the allegation contained in
the complaint of [redacted], we stand behind our previous response.
 
The account information was previously located
and closed with the contact number ###-###-####.  To verify that this has been removed you may
contact the credit reporting agencies 30-90 days after an AUD has been
submitted. The reference number for the AUD is [redacted].
 
Accordingly, our office now considers this
complaint to be resolved.  If you desire

Revdex.com spoke to [redacted]. He is OK with the complaint being filed. The bank account has both of their names on it.

My issue is resolved.  Thank you.  I did a lot of leg work to track down my payment but I did get the issue resolved

I spoke with [redacted] who said that she was reprenting NCW Billing and I need to fully understand how she and or the company she represents feels that it is okay to threaten someone with jail time and ask someone to send 920.00 by MONEYGRAM only on a debt that is 250.00??? And how is the account closed when I did not include my daughter's name or info that Ms. [redacted] contacted me about in the previous email??  I would like an email from this company regarding this matter.
