Hired company to work on our pond
Feb 21, 2016, I received a quote from ***, owner of NDH Aquascapes, Raeford, NC, to repair a leak in my pond He quoted $ I paid $by check on Feb 24, Said he did not accept credit cards at that timeHe was to replace a leaking Biofalls in my KOI pond I paid the remainder $on March by credit card on his website He then accepted credit cards The biofalls is still leaking and I am missing parts, a filter and filter container and plexiglass to cover the biofalls I inspected the biofalls and it seems that it was never replaced There is still old caulking on the basinI have emailed and called him NUMEROUS times with no answer He stated that all his work was warranted but as of today the pond is in worse shape then when he started and he refuses to return my emails or calls I will wait to hear from you before taking further action
