                The
fiberglass is applied as per manufacturer specifications. The reason for issues
is due to the plywood not nailed properly by builder. Therefore, the nails are

damaging the fiberglass resin.
                The 2nd
page warranty lists the work completed, detailed information about warranty and
specifies about maintenance required by NE contractors every 2 years for an additional
charge. All necessary warranty terms were provided to the builder after work
was complete. The copy of the 2nd
page warranty is currently being forwarded to all home owners at [redacted].
                In 2014,
a sub-contractor was sent by NE Contractors Inc to evaluate and fix any issues.
The charge was applied because the damage had occurred due to plywood which is
not covered by NE warranty. NE Contractors Inc did not install the plywood. The
$3,500 job that the roofer suggested was as an optional. The $350 is in process
of being refunded by builder.
                The builder
is covering all needed repairs on [redacted]. for all 15 properties. As is, NE
Contractors Inc is not at fault. It took a long period of time to get the
compromised results with all the parties involved.
