NEA Construction Corp

Review: We hired N.E.A. Construction Corp for a new construction single family house in February 2012, and recently (July *, 2014) we paid him in total of $80,000.00 USD for masonry work around the house, rough electrical work, and rough plumbing work. He put in contract and also promised us this to be done in 3 weeks, but this didn't happened. We contacted the [redacted]) many times by phones, email and letters, but none of the promises and terms on the contract happened. He has been saying or texted us through the phone all these will happen "in a few days", "shortly", "happening", but days after days, weeks after weeks, masonry, electrical and plumbing work didn't get start at all even we fully funded in advance.Desired Settlement: We want our money refund for the work that is not performed or completed.
