Extremely professional and knowledgeable.
This company was amazing! They were sent to us as a second opinion by our home warranty company. They came out and verified what we initially knew was the problem and immediately filed the paperwork with our home warranty company. They came out within a few days of being approved and fixed the problem with no problem and no mess. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have a customer for LIFE!

We went through a home warranty so we'd never used Neace before. DJ was professional and courteous and worked fast. So happy to have hot water again!

Wonderful! This was the first time in my 16 years of living in my house that I had to call a plumbing company & since I went thru my Home Warranty, I had to go with their recommendation. I was a bit apprehensive as I never heard of the company. But I am glad they sent this company. DJ came out last week to review the issue & came back yesterday & fixed it very quickly & efficiently. He answered my questions and took time to explain how things work.
I highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough for their work.

The best!!! So courteous, prompt, and fully explained everything. They did the job so very quickly! I have had ro use several plumbers over the years, and had several water heaters replaced in the past. I have never had a water heater replaced so quickly, and easily! These people are true professionals, kind, great communication and customer service through the entire experience. I highly recommend them and can't thank then enough!!!

After reading past reviews, I was very nervous when my home warranty assigned Neace to my water heater issue. However, I ended up having a very pleasant experience! I submitted the warranty request on a Sunday evening, Neace called me Monday by 10am to schedule the appointment and sent someone out on Tuesday afternoon. The plumber, Jeremy, answered all my questions and made sure everything was fixed before he left. I've had numerous negative plumbing experiences recently, but this one was pretty good :). Thanks for all your help today, Jeremy!

Thank you so much...we strive to make all customers happy...a lot of times our hands our tied due the warranty company rules.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company came out to my home under a home warranty to repair a hot water heater. Reaching the office is similar to an act of congress, it takes multiple calls and message before you reach someone. That was the least of the issues, upon arrival the technician, after looking at my water heater, attempted to tell me that my deductible was not a deductible but a co-payment and I would be responsible for anything over what the warranty company did not pay/cover NOT including my deductible. When I told him this was fraud and of my legal background, the technician left my home and then Neace immediately cancelled the job with my warranty company. I called Neace with the warranty company on the line, trying to find out why they cancelled the job. I was not allowed to speak and was told I was rude and threatening fraud to their technician and this why they cancelled. Basically, I would not sign a blank work order stating that the work had been completed and place a TBD in the total line nor would I pay anything over what was provided per my warranty. Had there been no untruths/fraud attempted why would they cancel the job? Their actions speak volumes. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy, stay clear.

We strive to make everyone happy...we did not cancel the job we rejected the job with us and had it transfered immediately (which is a right we have under the warranty company). After the issues on site with the customer the owner had decided to cancel the job. We do not allow people to speak to the our employee in that manor or even threaten the company as doing something wrong. We pride our company on being open, honest and upfront about any additional rates that the warranty company MAY NOT COVER. We do not ask our customers to sign any paperwork that is blank...the paperwork was filled in for the warranty company to replace water heater...no deductible was collect even though we have been accused of receiving a check from the customer. In reference to the phone calls...I did reach out to customer when messages were left...we are a very busy office and get back to everyone. While on the phone with the customer she did proceed to try and argue with myself...I tried several times to explain the issues which she accused us of fraud and that we are responsible for following the policy put together from her warranty company. Again, this job was rejected after the first visit for the customer actions towards us and threats. We do not allow any type of negativize towards our employees or towards our company.

They were called by my home warranty company because I had a clogged pipe in my basement, the plumber came out and said he found roots and couldn't even access the pipes because he'd have to remove a toilet. I called another plumber who had no trouble getting into the pipe from the access pipe in the basement and found no roots, also fixed the problem in less than 30 min. Inexperienced and lazy plumbers, you're better off going elsewhere.

We are sorry that you feel you did not receive good service...the machine he had would not reach the clog...he did pull out roots and wipes in another area which is not covered by the warranty company.

This company does not return calls nor follow any of the rules of *** with whom they have an agreement.

Sorry that you feel you did not have a good experience...we are not open on weekends or holidays...we did make a point to stop by the office on this holiday to catch up on a few things. We are sorry that the warranty company did not advise you of our business hours. We did reach out to customer and explained that she got no response due to not being in the office.

Do not do business with this company! My water heater blew out and I called my home warranty. They created two service jobs so I called Neace and left a voice mail message to cancel one. The next day, they had not gotten back to me yet so I called again to check the status. They called me back and said they had cancelled both jobs and that they were not stopping by my house. While trying to explain the situation, the lady on the phone became irritated and rude. She ended up telling me to go somewhere else and hung up, instead of apologizing and admitting the mistake. Now I have lost time and will have to wait an additional couple of days for a new plumber. Horrible customer service. Do not do business with this company.

Sorry you feel that you received a bad experience with our company...we did try to explain that we were called to cancel the job...this warranty company has made several duplicate errors for jobs in the past...so yes we did cancel the job...we did advise to customer he would have to make a call to have the job open back up and we could then schedule job...Customer was not happy with our response and we did advise he would be happier with another company and have a great day. Again we do apologize and we do strive for good customer service...we just dont want our employees to be talked to in a negative manor. Thank you for your review.
