I am still willing to have our mechanic look at her car if she'll bring to us like we had last talked and
scheduledThe car has already been to a Chrysler dealership near her and they weren't able to figure out what was wrong with it eitherThis is obviously not an easy problem to diagnose because it doesn't do it all the time and it sounds like it is only when the motor is coldI am going to have my office manager send her out another set of copies of her paper work today

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/07/29) */
*** purchased her car from us on 5/11/She did bring the car back to us a few days later and complained that there was something wrong with the brakes and she wanted us to buy the car back from her because she didn't need the car anymore
We gave her a car to drive and we had DrJ's look at the brakes and they couldn't find anything wrong with them
Then *** asked if we would help her sell her car on our lot because she didn't need the car because she had gotten one from a family memberSo we agreed to put the car on our lot and try and help her sell the carAbout a week or so later she called and said that she had a friend of hers that was going to buy the car from her and she came and picked the car upWe have confirmed that *** did sell the car to a friend of hers and her friend is making payments on the car to her
Once I received ***'s complaint I called her and offered to have our shop look at the car and try and figure out what was happening to itI had scheduled an appointment for last Friday to have our mechanic look at the carOur mechanic had a family emergency and wasn't going to be in to work on Friday so I called *** to try and re-schedule but she didn't want this to get drug out any longer so I offered to have a third party repair shop look at the car for us on that FridayThe repair shop looked at the car that her friends husband ( who purchased the car from her ) had dropped offThey drove the car multiple times and couldn't find anything wrong with itIt seemed to drive just fineThere was no check engine light on in the carThe mechanic did find old misfire codes stored in the cars memory for all cylindersHe said if all cylinders had truly misfired the car would not run at allHe believes one of the other mechanics she had look at the car had probably unhooked coils at separate times trying to figure out if possibly a coil was bad
When *** purchased the car from us we sold it to her but she did elect to purchase an extended service agreement on the carShe has since cancelled that service agreementIf she had truly been having this problem all along why would she cancel her service agreement that could have possibly covered 100% of her repairs?
At this time I feel that we have done everything we can to help her

We are purchasing the vehicle back from the customerWe have paid his loan off in full and will pay him his payments back once we receive the lien release from the bank

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because What we want is 4 months of payments at $150 each back in a certified check. The only other thing we want is the loan paperwork that states it is paid in full before returning the vehicle.

I have talked to [redacted] and she is going to bring the car in this Friday so we can have our mechanic looked at it again. We are going to give her a car to use while it's here.

When we went to register the 04 Dodge Ram Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] purchased we were informed that the title we had for the vehicle wasn't the most recent title for it so we had to apply for a new updated title in Minnesota. After waiting on Minnesota to process the new title we were informed...

that they would not accept the lien release we had for the vehicle because it was not notarized. We contacted the lien holder and had to wait for them to send us a new notarized lien release. We received the new lien release and sent it to the state of Minnesota to get the new title finally. As of 10/27/2016 the state of Minnesota has informed us that the new title has been printed and sent to us. We are currently waiting to receive that title in the mail. We expect to receive it within the next 7 to 10 days. Once we receive the Minnesota title, instead of mailing it to the state of Wisconsin, we will take it directly to the Onalaska DMV and they will immediately issue a title to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]'s lien holder and there new plates and registration will be mailed directly to them. We feel terrible that this has inconvenienced Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] but we feel we are doing everything in our power to get this resolved as soon as possible.  Thanks,Troy Gerdes

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/08/24) */
Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle is still covered under his service contract. We have talked to Mr. [redacted] several times including through the Attorney General's office. We can't cancel his service contract until he sends us in writing that he would like to...

cancel it including the exact miles on the vehicle along with his signature. The service contract company needs to have everything in writing.
Mr. [redacted] did send us one request in writing but did not include the miles so we called him and he refused to give us the miles on the vehicle. We can't do anything without them.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/08/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I gave them the milage on the vehicle and it is even with the the attorney general office and when someone called me from this company they asked the milage on the vehicle and I told them

Received e-mail response from Troy [redacted] of Neader Motors:
"Genisys credit union did send Mr. [redacted]'s check back to us in the mail and said that his loan had been paid in full. We received it I believe last Thursday the 7th. Friday the 8th we issued a check to Mr. [redacted] and put it in the mail. He should receive his check sometime this week. We also responded to your letter and sent you copies of the check we received back from Genisys credit union and the new check we issued to Mr. [redacted]. Hopefully this will clear everything up. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you on this issue.
Thanks,
Troy"

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, provided we can agree that if the Dealership mechanic cannot diagnose and fix the issue, we consider the car a lemon and the dealership buys it back and reimburses payments made to date and finance costs! Waiting to hear from the Dealership to set up time and work out details

We have paid the customers loan off in full and have paid them there $600 in loan payments back.

We sold the 2008 Lincoln MKX to Ms. [redacted] around 6/29/2016. Sometime in November or December Ms. Mueller's daughter was in an accident with the MKX. The body shop that repaired the vehicle informed Ms. [redacted] that the passenger airbag cover did not look original to the vehicle and they were...

concerned the airbag may not work. Ms. [redacted] was very concerned for her family's safety so we traded her into a different vehicle of her choice. Ms. [redacted] purchased the 08 MKX from us for $14,995. She owned the vehicle for almost 6 months and put just over 10,000 miles on it. We gave Ms. [redacted] $14,695 for the MKX when she traded it back into us. The down payment Ms. [redacted] gave us on the original purchase of her 08 MKX and her monthly payments she had made to the bank would have already been reflected in the payoff to the bank for her 08 MKX. I believe we have been very fair with Ms. [redacted] and thought she was happy with the outcome of the situation.

I am rejecting this response because:
We are rejecting this response because we just don't want this vehicle and we want our money back.  We traded our truck in as a trade and we were better off with our old truck.  They said they were going to fix the passenger window before we came to get the truck and that was never done.  We wanted a truck with a bigger engine for pulling our camper and we told this to Levi when we looked at this truck.  Then when we get this truck the lights for pulling a trailer didn't work because the relays were bad in the fuse box.  As far as we are concerned they should of been contacting us about this issue with the title but it was us calling them.  If there was such an issue with the title then they should not of been able to sell the vehicle.  We just want to return the vehicle and get our money back which was the $9,995.00 plus the title fees etc. We would get a lawyer but we don't think that is necessary at this time.
