I am rejecting this response because What we want is months of payments at $each back in a certified checkThe only other thing we want is the loan paperwork that states it is paid in full before returning the vehicle
I have talked to [redacted] and she is going to bring the car in this Friday so we can have our mechanic looked at it againWe are going to give her a car to use while it's here
When we went to register the Dodge Ram Mrand Mrs [redacted] purchased we were informed that the title we had for the vehicle wasn't the most recent title for it so we had to apply for a new updated title in MinnesotaAfter waiting on Minnesota to process the new title we were informed that they would not accept the lien release we had for the vehicle because it was not notarizedWe contacted the lien holder and had to wait for them to send us a new notarized lien releaseWe received the new lien release and sent it to the state of Minnesota to get the new title finallyAs of 10/27/the state of Minnesota has informed us that the new title has been printed and sent to usWe are currently waiting to receive that title in the mailWe expect to receive it within the next to daysOnce we receive the Minnesota title, instead of mailing it to the state of Wisconsin, we will take it directly to the Onalaska DMV and they will immediately issue a title to Mrand Mrs [redacted] 's lien holder and there new plates and registration will be mailed directly to themWe feel terrible that this has inconvenienced Mrand Mrs [redacted] but we feel we are doing everything in our power to get this resolved as soon as possible Thanks,Troy Gerdes
We sold the Lincoln MKX to Ms [redacted] around 6/29/Sometime in November or December MsMueller's daughter was in an accident with the MKXThe body shop that repaired the vehicle informed Ms [redacted] that the passenger airbag cover did not look original to the vehicle and they were concerned the airbag may not workMs [redacted] was very concerned for her family's safety so we traded her into a different vehicle of her choiceMs [redacted] purchased the MKX from us for $14,She owned the vehicle for almost months and put just over 10,miles on itWe gave Ms [redacted] $14,for the MKX when she traded it back into usThe down payment Ms [redacted] gave us on the original purchase of her MKX and her monthly payments she had made to the bank would have already been reflected in the payoff to the bank for her MKXI believe we have been very fair with Ms [redacted] and thought she was happy with the outcome of the situation
I am rejecting this response because: We are rejecting this response because we just don't want this vehicle and we want our money back We traded our truck in as a trade and we were better off with our old truck They said they were going to fix the passenger window before we came to get the truck and that was never done We wanted a truck with a bigger engine for pulling our camper and we told this to Levi when we looked at this truck Then when we get this truck the lights for pulling a trailer didn't work because the relays were bad in the fuse box As far as we are concerned they should of been contacting us about this issue with the title but it was us calling them If there was such an issue with the title then they should not of been able to sell the vehicle We just want to return the vehicle and get our money back which was the $9,plus the title fees etcWe would get a lawyer but we don't think that is necessary at this time
