The car had a overheating problem from the first day I took possession of the vehicle the check engine light was left on I video taped the car and had witnesses that can a test that upon the 1st day the vehicle had the check engine light onThen it was 3days after the paper work was signed it hadn't even been through inspection which is law requirement prior to a sale of any used/new vehicle unless the purchaser is notified that the vehicle hadn't had a inspection I was told on numerous occasions that the repair shop had not done thisIt was days after before they picked up the parked vehicle from my house which had not been driving which was an extra expense to me, This vehicle has been in the shop over times and it is STILL not working properly I asked for a loaner and was told they didn't have any loaner vehicles and I had a witness on the phone when I was speaking with *** as a witness to the rudeness and loud very disrespectful way he talked to me I work hard as a single mother of children and I was advised that the car had been fixed the previous owner used stop leak and the repair facility for Neal Auto had flushed it out it has not worked and it still has a recall from the maker that since taken over this nightmare of a car I have to deal with I feel cheated and lied to and no one in America should have to deal with dealerships that don't take responsibility for the saftey of people and familiesI will do what ever nessary to inform other people of my experience of buyer beware including contacting the news

This was a fax that was sent from me to them showing that my account was paid in full however until a refund for the Gap Insurance that they owe us has been mailed out and in my hand this isn't PAID IN FULL! Ask them to provide us a copy of the so called check they say they sent and then today stated otherwise

If the van is haveing the same problem she needs to let us know. I was not aware that is was having the overheating problem still.

In order for us to complete a GAP or Warranty Refund we need
certain documents from the customer. We have been asking for these documents
since the start of this GAP or Warranty Refund...

Request. 
Just TODAY we received the last document from the customer. If
they had done this when we requested it they would have their
money.
It takes 3-4 weeks for a request to be processed once all
documents are received.  We will process this and get the refund sent to the
customer as soon as its completed.

This customer called the dealership and said the car was
overheating. I told her to pull over and I would immediately send
a tow truck. I told her that I would give a loaner. 
She said she was 1 block from her house and would call me later when I
could send a truck to come get her and...

her car. I never heard from
her .
10 Days later I hear that her car is still over heating. I ask her why
she never called me to come get it she said that her "friend" who knows about
cars changed the thermostat on the car and that it was working fine for a while
BUT not anymore.  She screamed and hollered like an insane person.
 
I again told her that I would send a wrecker to get it and fix
the car.  I did this we took the car into the service center and guess what. Her
"friend" that worked on the car did not flush it properly. That was causing the
overheating.
 
We paid for HER mistake she took the van. To the best of my
knowledge is happy.
