This customer called the dealership and said the car was overheatingI told her to pull over and I would immediately send a tow truckI told her that I would give a loaner She said she was block from her house and would call me later when I could send a truck to come get her and her carI never heard from her Days later I hear that her car is still over heatingI ask her why she never called me to come get it she said that her "friend" who knows about cars changed the thermostat on the car and that it was working fine for a while BUT not anymore She screamed and hollered like an insane person I again told her that I would send a wrecker to get it and fix the car I did this we took the car into the service center and guess whatHer "friend" that worked on the car did not flush it properlyThat was causing the overheating We paid for HER mistake she took the vanTo the best of my knowledge is happy ***
If the van is haveing the same problem she needs to let us knowI was not aware that is was having the overheating problem still
