Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/09/14) */ RE: case # XXXXXXXX On August 31, Ms [redacted] called our office and expressed that she wanted to cancel her purchaseI asked for her information and told her to let me check her contractI put her on hold and came back then explained to her the day cancellation policyMs [redacted] purchased our product on August the 20, and had until August 27th, to cancelMs [redacted] didn't call us until a week later, which was way pass the cancel periodThe cancellation policy is in place to protect the consumer and the companyAfter I explained the policy, she wasn't happy with the information she received and decided she wanted to complain about the sales rep, so I listened to herMs [redacted] also called the finance company and they also explained the cancellation policy as wellI will attach a copy of the sales receipt for your review showing we followed proper proceduresThe cancellation policy is half of the receipt and couldn't possible been overlookedI do apologize for not being able to assist Ms [redacted] any furtherAlso I am attaching the finance company statement as well Sincerely, C [redacted] Office Manager

to her the 3 day cancellation policy. Ms. [redacted] purchased our product on August the 20, 2016 and had until August 27th, 2016 to cancel. Ms. [redacted] didn't call us until a week later, which was way pass the cancel period. The cancellation policy is in place to protect the consumer and the company. After I explained the policy, she wasn't happy with the information she received and decided she wanted to complain about the sales rep, so I listened to her.
