to her the 3 day cancellation policy. Ms. [redacted] purchased our product on August the 20, 2016 and had until August 27th, 2016 to cancel. After I explained the policy, she wasn't happy with the information she received and decided she wanted to complain about the sales rep, so I listened to her.
