Neal M. Kaufman, D.D.S., Inc.

Dr. Kaufman's office billed my insurance for services that were not provided, and they have since been trying to collect the unbillable balance from me, which is in direct violation of their contract with our dental insurance company. I tried contacting the office about the services and the charges via phone, and instead of a return phone call, I received a very curtly written response only, full of lies about the services rendered, and again reminding me that there is an outstanding balance on my account that insurance did not cover. Per my EOB, the balance is unbillable, which the office is most certainly aware of and choosing to ignore.
