We also sent the insurance explanation of benefits showing the patient owes the balance on the accountThe Attorney General's office cleared us of any wrong doing concerning this case

[redacted] presented to my office to have her masseter muscles reduced which she is calling jaw reduction. this procedure is done with botox ,the same botox that is used for cosmetic procedures which in essence this is. the purpose of the procedure is to slim down the muscles creating a thinning...

face. the procedure is brief in nature and involves one injection on each side of the face directly into the heart of the masseter muscle. The total amount of botox used varies from one person to another based on the size of the masseter muscle.The stronger the muscle the more botox is used. At times 50 units will be enough but usual it will need more and at the same time given multiple times over the course of a year . Because of the general size of the muscle it takes a good two to three weeks to begin to see a result which is exactly what happened here . However [redacted] who claims nothing happened is not satisfied because she wanted the jaw reduc ed more. When a patient does not get the desired result she feels nothing was done which could not be farther from the truth. its always explained to each patient that 50 units may not be enough but I always start with the minimum hoping to obtain the most cost effective result. the usual cost for a procedure like this runs in upwards of 600 dollars of which she was only charged 275. When she came back I told her she will need more to get the desired result she wants . I was going to charge her cost for the additional units but she was very agitated and would not listen to anything I had to say. as she felt she had all the answers. I told her I'm sorry you feel that way but theres not much I can do unless she agreed to have the additional units and a very low cost. Again she was told 50 units would probably not be enough at the initial visit. Just because a patient claims to have had to done at another place and it was better there, that's always here say . She w as angry and screaming in the office AND I did say if you were happy with the result you obtained at a previous office maybe you should go back there ,but I rendered a surface 100 percent correctly and stand by the treatment that was rendered. Under no circumstances should she be entitled to a refund. I am very qualified to perform this treatment as I not only teach it to others but have taken many courses and have received masters certification in facial injectables. I WILL be more then happy to discuss the science behind this further with any member of the Revdex.com if it is needed.

[Your Answer Here] It's interesting how Dr. Neal V[redacted] told his side of story, I wish there should be camera to record so that Dr. Neal can really see how he treated patients instead of telling me, I am the one screaming? Hello?!    Prior to the treatment, I asked him if there is going to be the result ( not even expect to be desired). He nodded and told me to wait within a couple of weeks and the result will come. But unfortunately nothing changes I even measured my jaw. ( at other clinic they always take pictures before and after and check patients' jaw softness at the following up). surprised by nothing done by Dr. V[redacted], without even looking at me, straightforward to tell me to pay additional 50 units to see the result? ! I told him there is not result here compared my treatments at other places before and why in the world he told me I would be seeing result within a couple of weeks prior to I paid the money ( which bought through [redacted] at a discount). Again he asked to pay another 50 units to see better result which I don't believe so, instead of listening to me, he yelled at me and  told me to leave and go to other places. I left with his mocking behind. Who is the one yelling, please correct. All in all, I don't think the treatment deserve the discounted coupon and I insist to find justice. thanks.
