Neal's Guttering Service

Neal's employees are friendly and helpful. The Neal company is not reliable nor responsive. I have made calls several times to the company and spoke to a Neal's representative. I advised and explained my problems each time to the rep. They promised me each time they would be out to my home to take care of the problems. As of today's date no one has been here to fix the problems.
