To Whom it may concern,The bottom line is we are motorcycle professionals with over years combined experienceWe endeavored to "repair" this custom motorcycle that had never ran beforeWe spent a combined 30+ man-hours(billable at over $3300) searching for the problems that someone else had built in to this projectWe repaired numerous problemsWe billed only for the parts and labor we knew were required to eventually have the motorcycle run properlyThe customer became increasingly impatient and we agreed to "part company." The customer was billed a small percentage of what he should have been, and picked up a motorcycle that was now runningWe operated in good faith and the VAST majority of our effort was pro-bono.Thank you,Mark CarderOwner: THe Bike Shop

My name is *** *** and I had a complaint issue with a company called "The Bike Shop"The issue has been resolved please contact me with further information.

Date Sent: 11/5/4:46:PMWell after trying to resolve the issueAfter calling Mark and talking to him he procceds to tell me that the total will be over 900$I began to explain we had a deal to not go over 700$So we began to go through all the costs in parts and laborIn the midst of the conversation about parts an labor the total comes to 600$Although he said he didn't have the full sheet of parts and labor being put into itSo I told him to go get itHe begins to tell me that's he needs to type up all of it and change and add some things to the list and he said he would email it to meI told him noHe had the sheet in front of him and everything was on it to give me a accurate number for parts and laborSo I write down all the services and laborTotal again comes to 565$!! So noticing that I'm getting ripped off I told him to just replace the intake manifold that he said was cracked but I know for a fact it just needs a gasket but oh well I have no proof right? So a week later I call and he tells me he put the intake manifold on and now he just needs to tune the jets in the carborator for the 5th timeOnce I began to question wether he was going to charge me for the tuning AGAIN! He became very iratated and would not answer the question and hung up on meI call back and the his assistant manager answered me saying he is busy and can't talk to meI told her to tell him I'm coming for my motorcycle and I was told to expect it back in a boxI'm so hurt and heart broken by the lack of integrity, honesty and heart these people haveI don't want to seem like a "wussy" but I just really want my motorcycle backA motorcycle that is worth over 6,000$ it is brand new and custom paint costing about 3,000$ and parts costing another 2,000, new tires and new rimsCustom exhaust and custom leather seatWith a body but with an motorVery expensive motorcycleI'm so scared that my project has become a part bike and parts were used off my motorcycle for other motorcyclesPlease help
