I am rejecting this response because: the business advertised a happy and healthy puppy and she was notThe business needs t be accountable for the misrepresentation on their behalf via there client At some point someone is accountableYou advertised a health pup and a month later here I am up to my elbows in vet bills far beyond sale price even a full price I'm already overI am not returning her to be shot and killed, I will keep her and allow her to have a happy healthy life and full of life surrounded by loveBut I want these monies or even a portion above $to be coveredIn addition, the veternarian that examined her never noted anything about eyes only a umbilical hernia that she wasn't recommended for breedingNothing about eye infections, eye lids, or Entropion She has major surgery with the correction of her upper and lower lid I'm willing to send you (the business pictures) of before and after if need be.

We are sorry to hear of the situation that you found yourself in with the new puppyMay we ask what it was about the paperwork that the vet felt was not legitimate? Each breeder is expected to include a record of vaccination with the puppy they sell, was this not included? In the event you did not
receive records of vaccines there will be restitution due, however, if the breeder did provide records, but your vet chose not to accept them, we would need to discuss this furtherMay I inquire which was the case? Thank you, we look forward to resolving this matter

To whom it may concern,The puppy mentioned in the email was a puppy that was sold at a discounted cost by the breeder because of the issue the puppy had with it's eyes. The normal price for a Labrador Retriever ranges between $400 and $700, so the gap between the sale price and the average price is...

to compensate for the issue the puppy had with it's eyes. We prefer that our breeders do not sell puppies with existing health issues like this, but if they choose to, it is vital proper information is disclosed. PA state law states that in the event of a medical issue, a buyer is entitled to a refund up to the puppy sale price to cover any vet bills. In this case the sale price was $50. That being said,  we want to do everything possible to satisfy this customer. I will be contacting them to work towards a resolution.Thanks, Neil
