Nearsights Monocles

Nearsights monocles may steal your money and your returned merchandise, as they have done to me. I bought 4 items over a couple of weeks time. When I asked to return the first item, they replied with what they call a "Return Authorization Number" and had me send the item back to them, at my expense, and provide them with the UPS tracking number. They received the number and did not send me the $44.99 they owe me. A month ago, Nearsights received that item via UPS, and have not refunded my money to my credit card. I asked to return a second of the four items I bought, this one for $59.99, and three weeks later they have refused to respond to my emails. You can only try to contact them via email. But they don't care. They have stolen both my money and my merchandise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NEARSIGHTS.COM!

I cannot get the company to return my call, answer their phone or anything .My monocle does not fit and I cannot get them to help me with another sizeMy receipt shows that I ordered the monocle on April 9th, 2016. When I received it, I was satisfied with the quality; however, it did not fit. A Monocle seems difficult for me. It is new and difficult to try to fit on my eye. I read in their information that it might be too small or large. I truly did not know but I wanted someone to tell me and help me with the exchange. I tried and tried for weeks, perhaps a month. I always receive an operators' recorded voice saying: Everyone is busy at the moment, leave a message and someone will get back to you. well, they have not made any attempt to contact me.
