[redacted] This doesn't answer my question.  The reversal was DENIED by Mr. Neary's bank when he submitted it through [redacted].   I have initiated an investigation with [redacted] as well.I expect Mr. Neary to live up to his part by ensuring funds are available for his bank to process the reversal.  The email from [redacted] states:"An eCheck payment from Neary Aerial Media was declined by the sender's bank"   This is not a [redacted] issue NOR an issue with my credit card.  This is an issue with Mr. Neary not having the funds available.  Which makes sense since he hasn't been paying the repair facility for some time now.   He is simply robbing Peter to pay [redacted] in my opinion.I expect to be reimbursed by Mr Neary for my repair contract.   Also I don't feel I should have to pay to have the drone shipped back to me when it is Mr Neary who told me to send it there KNOWING it would get rejected by the repair facility as he is in bad standings with them.  Mr Neary has clearly committed a felony (theft by deception) and should be held accountable for his actions.  I believe it would be a fair statement to say Mr Neary has done this to many other customers as well.

A P3P gimbal has been ordered. It should be delivered next week.

Mr. [redacted] didn't send his drone in until June 10, 2016. He was sent a shipping label the day he sent me an email notifying me that he had crashed his drone. His drone was badly damaged and needed a part not easily obtained.Mr. [redacted] was told by me and by [redacted] of [redacted] in [redacted]...

that the repairs sometimes take longer than others. He was told that he would be getting a replacement drone to speed up the process. He was also told that he would not receive a refund. He became belligerent, resorting to name calling and then told me to never contact him again. I immediately ceased all contact with him and voided his contract for the language he sent in his emails. The repair shop, a sub-contracted separate entity, continued to attempt to assist Mr. [redacted]. I informed them that I was no longer interested in helping Mr. [redacted], that his contract was void, and that they would be on acting their own. Mr. [redacted] will get no refund from me.I have attached a copy of the email he sent to me on July 23, 2016.

[redacted]NO Mr Neary did NOT refund me!!!   He attempted to but his bank rejected it due to lack of funds.  [redacted] launched an investigation and Mr Neary refused to return any of their messages.  So per [redacted] policy [redacted] refunded me, NOT Mr Neary when the couldn't make contact with himMr Neary needs jail time for the multiple criminal offenses he has committed to me and others.

On 8/21/17, owner, Matthew Neary, indicated to Revdex.com that he has refunded this customer.

This customer has already received a refund.

I still have not received the gimbal as promised by the business owner.
