I am rejecting this response because: only part of this response is true*** promised that the replacement fridge would be a side by side and that "he'd take care of us" for our inconvenienceHe even s texted me pictures of the optional replacement fridges, was an upsaleThat I did refuseHe also wanted me to come pick up the replacement fridge which we also declined and chose to wait another week for the replacementI also said something to ***, who delivered the fridge himself, at the time of delivery, that it was not the fridge he promised meHe called me a liar on spot
Our policy is Repair or Exchange only which is stamped on all of the customer copy invoices and is also posted on the wall in our shop but we offered her a full refund anyway which is what she was asking for so if she refuses to bring the fridge the fridge back and pick up her refund then I don't know what else we can do. I don't know why she cares about the side by side fridge now when she wants a refund and was offered that before she even filed with the Revdex.com.
This lady lives about an hour from our shop. She needed a fridge and wanted to get one over the phone. [redacted] described a fridge and she told us to deliver it. A few days later she said that the fridge had a minty smell and icemaker wouldn't work so we offered to deliver another regular top freezer...

She wanted a side by side fridge and was told that it would cost more because the price difference was about $150. she didn't want to do that so we went ahead and brought her another fridge. After my delivery guy left she called screaming that a shelf was broken so we offered to replace the shelf. She said that she wanted her money back and was told that if they bring the fridge back to us (since its a 2 hours round trip each time) we would give them a full refund. She decided to file this instead even though she was offered what she was asking for, a refund. We have tried to work it out and at this point that is all we can do.
