This company transported my car from [redacted]. There were delays in delivering my car to me and when it got here it was damaged. Below please find a copy of my email to the company. I also called and spoke directly to [redacted] and he continually told me that they would get my car in a body shop for repairs. That has not happened. I have called on several different days and left messages, still no response. I sent him pictures of the damage, per his request and he admitted that that was done by the auto carrier. I can produce pictures of the damage. There were no dents in my car when they picked it up in Florida.
I tried to call you yesterday but your phone was constantly busy. Per our phone conversation on Friday, you were to call me on Monday, May 2, 2011 to let me know where I could take my car for an estimate and repairs for the damage done in transit.

Attached please find some pictures I took of the roof of my car. I spoke to [redacted] and she is going to send me the paperwork she has showing the inspection. There were no dents in the roof of my car prior to it being picked up.
When I asked [redacted] if there was something I needed to sign he said no and then handed me the paperwork while at a stop light and said sign this and jumped out to run down to his truck that was parked on the side of Interstate 91. I don't mind so much that the car is filthy but there is no excuse for the dents.
If you look at the pictures, I put a bic lighter in them for size reference. There is a large dent above the driver side door and another one above the passenger side door.
What are you going to do for me?
