I am rejecting this response because:1) I did not have Sears do additional work on the stove The technician fixed the broken knob and turned all the knobs on the stove, and he tightened a loose screw When the cleaning light did not come on, he noted that the cleaning function no longer worked which I already knew He looked up the model number on his computer and said the cleaning parts were no longer available, and did I want him to see if he could find the parts elsewhere? I said no All of this was included in the original price of $167.00.2) As of today's mail, I still have not received the $refund checkDana has said three times she had sent the check over the last weeksShe sent me a photo of the the envelope on the returned check It was addressed to Albertville I live in St Michael which she knew as she had been cleaning my house for 1/years and received a dozen checks from me I wonder if this was intentional.3) I did not harass Dana If anything she harassed meText message after text message which I did respond toI had no idea she had a newborn, but a professional would have arranged for someone to come out and pay for Sear's repair even if it was on Saturday.4) The microwave situation is definitely not fraud As I said before the microwave worked great before Neat and TidyThe turntable no longer works which my electrician says is probably because Neat and Tidy spilled cleaning liquid into the microwave while cleaning it

I am rejecting this response because: August 5, Re: Revdex.com Complaint Hi Laura I’m totally frustrated with Dana at Neat and TidySears came out and repaired the range I had to pay for it myself ($167.00) and Dana finally sent a reimbursement checkI don’t know yet if the check has cleared She also said she would reimburse me for the last cleaning ($50.00)She has twice said she had mailed the $When I never received it, I asked her where it wasShe apologized and said it would be mailed As of yesterday, I had not received it My microwave has not worked since June when they cleanedThe turntable no longer works, and it heats intermittentlyFirst Dana said they were going to replace it, so I looked on line for a reasonable replacement Then she changed her mind and decided she was going to have it repaired, but when she learned the cost just to look at it was $+ repairs, she told me to send her information on replacing itI send her the information for an almost identical one from Lowe’s - $+ shipping and installation When I told her it might just be simpler to send me a check for $500.., and I’d take care of it myself, she went nutsSo then she again decided to repair it and told me to make an appointment with Sears The cost to look at it was now $+ repairsI made the appointment for Saturday Aug 13th, the first open appt they had(Saturday is the only day Sears comes to StMichael I let Dana know, and also told her that she would have to be available during the hour window to pay for it with her credit card(She lives about mile from me) I was not willing to pay for it as things were becoming contentious with Dana and because she had lied to twice about the $refund, I no longer felt I could trust her I let her know when the appt was and she informed me that she was going to be out of town and, furthermore, she did not work on Saturdays I suggested she send one of her employees who was authorized to use her credit card She said her employees did not work on Saturdays either I again told her that Sears only came to StMichael on Saturdays She said she would find another repair company and set up an appt for next week A little while later, she said her electrician told he that her cleaner could not possibly have broken the microwaveAnd this was just a scam to get a new microwaveShe said she was done with the problem and to take her to conciliation court if I didn’t like itWhy would I want a new microwave if this one worked? The day I received the receipt for the stove range I sent out a checkI also learned that Criss had other items fixed on her stove that were not discussed that I ended up paying for Even though she said the cleaning was great I did mail her a check for $for reimbursing the entire cleaningI will admit that I got this in the mail lateThe day I mailed it I sent Criss a message apologizingAnd she started harassing me calling me a liar and calling me untrustworthyI'm not sure why I would message her to tell her I'm sending her a check if I really wasn't doing itThe check was later returned to me that SaturdayAs it was mailed that TuesdayI had written the wrong address City on itI have resent it and I hope that Chris received it Initially I had agreed to replace or fix the microwaveChris said there's no reason to fix it because it would be cheaper to replace itI said that would be fine and to send me a replacement emailAlmost a month later when I told her I was sending her $check she went nuts and harassed me for days about this microwaveThen she sent me email with a replacement microwave that cost more than just having sears look at itI'm not sure why we couldn't just have sears look at it in the first place After I told her we were not going to replace it because it costs more than fixing, she went on saying I needed to pay her $Her next demand as for me to sit outside of her house for hours with a newborn babyMy baby is barely days oldAnd I refuse to do such a thingShe then said I should give my credit card to an employee to sit outside of her house for hoursThat was not going to happenMy employees do not work on the weekendsNor was I going to give them my credit cardAre working all hours are Monday through FridayAfter talking with her about not coming out on Saturday she asked me to find a company that will come out during working hoursAfter I called around to several electrician companies one guy even laughed at me and said there is no way that by wiping out of microwave to clean it and what it lose powerThe other the electrician said the same thingI have decided we are not going to fix or replace the microwaveI also talked to her insurance company about fixing the microwaveThey asked me three questionsNumber oneDid the microwave on the groundNoNumber to do something fall on top of the microwaveNoNumber something back into the front of the microwaveNoTheir conclusion was we had not broken it and that it was fraudAfter learning all these things my final decision is we are not fixing or replacing the microwaveChris had some very irrational and unreasonable demandsAnd that leads me to the conclusion that she is not a very rational type of personWho asks a mother of a newborn days old to sit outside their house for hoursThat is very unhealthy

We sent out a substitute on her cleaning day, because her cleaning lady had to get stiches in her finger due to slamming in the door that morningShe didn't work for day after thatShe had only been cleaning *** * home for about monthsAnd they got alongI know most companies
would have made the client skip there cleaning all together, but we here at Neat and Tidy Cleaning, care about our clients and knew it would be inconvenient to have *** skip her cleaningShe is not very mobile and needed her garbage taken down to the end of the driveway, for the garbage man to pick up, as she is not ableShe also relies on us to change sheets and bring things up the stairs for herWe really didn't want to unconvinced, our client who was really counting on usI would have felt horrible if we had skipped her cleaningMy business partner Allissa picked up the slack, at the end of her long day of cleaning, to personally fix the problem, even though she had hrs of book work to finish after cleaning all day The next morning I ( Dana the other owner) received at text message at 7:a.mbefore business hrsTelling me that the garbage and recycling were to close together and needed to be move, also that her "watering can was missingI showed up in less than min and moved the cansI was on my way to daycare and couldn't look for the bottle, but offered to come backAllissa did come before a.mand found the "Watering can" (which was an old plastic cut up lemonade bottle that looked like garbage) it was placed on top of the garbage canAllissa thought it was garbageWe here at Neat and Tidy Cleaning LLC, always take trash out to the garbage when we clean *** states in this first text that she tried contacting Allissa several times, and that she never got back to herI did talk to *** about this on the phone and she said she sent Allissa a text at p.mat night, and again in the morning before business hrsAllissa had such a long day that she had fallen asleep before p.mUsually we here at Neat and Tidy Cleaning LLC, try to answer all messages, at all hrs of the night! Great costomer service is our striving desire! I am truly sorry we let *** down this one time! It wont happen again! *** states in the letter to the Revdex.com, that I said it was ridiculous to come move the bins, and I can assure you I would never in my life talk to a client that wayI have the whole conversation that day in written form via textI can attach in the next email *** states that Allissa did an "OK" job cleaning I have written proof from *** saying she did a "GREAT" job cleaning I will attach in another email *** states that Allissa broke "oven indicator and microwave"*** never said anything about this to me when I spoke with her about the matterI am confused why this was never brought up to me? We here at Neat and Tidy Cleaning LLC, ALWAYS fix anything that is broken, or reburse the client completely for any damageI did talk to her about the matter after she wrote this letter, she says the microwave wont heat to 100% and the knob on the oven wont stay onAllissa took all the knobs off the oven and cleaned the debris underneathThis is an extera thing she did, after she noticed it hadn't been done in a while***, and I have agreed to purchase a new microwave of her choice, and are getting the knob looked at by the Sears home appliance team *** states in the letter to the Revdex.com that we removed her regular cleaner,and raised her rates 50%We never removed her cleaning ladyI tried for weeks to get ahold of ***which I have written proof of, to change her cleaning day by day from Wed to Tues, only because Cheyanne had the opportunity to have clients on Wed in Buffalo MNInstead of driving from Buffalo to St.Micheal, and wasting time, gas, moneyWe always try to reduce drive time! All of our employees really appreciate not spending so much time drivingWe always try to keep clients in the same cites, the days of there cleaningCheyanne had a client in St.Micheal on Tues, and it would have been perfect! We did raise *** rate, to our cleaning ratesShe was paying $for the last yrsWhich is fine, but we were not charging for the regular cleaning rateThe service had reached the point, of time to change the rates, to keep up with all of the raising costs of everything, tax, inflation, workers comp, insurance, supplies, gasThe new rate was only $more that she had been paying, plus UNCLE SAMS portion of tax I am sad this letter had to be written, my only goal is to satisfy all of our clients!
