Review: I am not unhappy with the product itself but with the advertising on their website. On August 29th I ordered on their made for tv section for the neater feeder. You measure your dog's shoulder height and choose the option that fits the height and weight of your dog. I have one dog that I went to the medium dog button which at the time had no dimensions. It only said for dogs 40 lbs or less with shoulder 9 to 13 inches in the shoulder. I clicked on the button and ordered. This fits my Westie just fine. I then had to order for my larger dog. We measured and picked the button that said over 40 lbs and shoulder height of over 11 inches. When I received in the mail, I had the same size for both dogs. I left voice mail for customer service. A lady called that Monday. I told her the problem. She told me I should have gotten the deluxe model with the leg extensions. I told her that the chart I went by said it would fit my dog 11 inches to 21 inches at the shoulder. I directed her to the portion on the website where I had ordered. She said she understood and that she would pass along. The only alternative she gave to me was to return (at my own cost) and they would send deluxe with no cost break and I would have to pay my shipping again. When I expressed my concern on their website, they never addressed and took my remark off of their page and then blocked me from ever posting on their website again. Poor customer service and misleading size chart ( they have since changed since I ordered) . I copied the original chart on the website which has now been chaned but I can't attach to this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to call me and truly apologize for my inconvenience. I would also like for their company to pay for my shipping to return and get the correct size for my dog and also pay the shipping to come back to me as I have already paid the shipping once on this product.

Per our conversation, [redacted] with Neater Pet called me and we did come to a solution that resolves this matter for me so I am happy with the outcome and in my opinion the case has been resolved.
