Yesterday I had a service call on and 3 year old [redacted] Washer that does not fully spin. He states to me after an hour of "I think its the mother board". This will cost you $[redacted] and I only paid $[redacted] for the washer in the first place. The service call was $**. So I said ** right he states on no [redacted] with tax. He did not even push my washer back in. Even if I wanted to repair it an "I think" for $[redacted] is not good enough. Tells me that his job will no longer be needed with these new washers.

On April 13, 2016, [redacted] came to my home to fix my dishwasher. My time set was between 1-4 pm. [redacted] came in the early part of that window. He was very nice and gained my respect right away.. He got to work quickly and told me the problem right away. My pump had gone out on my 3 year old dishwasher! He put in a new one and the dishwasher worked like a charm. Thank you so much, [redacted]!

I was thrilled with NHA. The technician was professional, clean, and friendly. He worked efficiently and had my washer repaired in less than an hour! I will definitely call them again and recommend them to everyone.
